Service management project visibility

We have noticed that by default, when we create an assistance management project, it is visible to all customers although they are not added under "People" 

So we have to hide each Test portal within the Customers\portals

Can this be changed so that they are hidden by default? I have seen other articles but any one related with this specific topic, thank  you in advance!!

If want to make sure it's only the people you add to the people/customer list, you must set the option stated in this link:
