Import Outlook Calendar into Wiki

I'd like to add a shared Outlook Calendar to a Confluence Wiki space. Once added, I'd like to create a macro to display on the Wiki Homepage.

Steps:

1. Load Wiki Homepage

2. Click Calendars on left Nav

3. Click "+" 

4. Choose "Import" / with this option it asks to "upload ical". I don't know how to obtain an ical from outlook.

5. Choose "Subscribe by URL" / this option also asks for the ical URL which I don't know how to gain access to in outlook

I'm hoping there is somewhere I can go to receive step by step instructions on getting a shared Outlook calendar into our Confluence Wiki space. Once I can import the calendar, I should be find to add the macro to that calendar on the Homepage for our space.

To obtain the iCal URL for a shared Outlook calendar, you can follow these steps:

• In Outlook, go to the calendar view.
• Right-click on the shared calendar you want to add to Confluence and select "Share" from the context menu.
• Click on "Publish This Calendar" and then select "iCalendar format".
• Choose the date range and details that you want to include in the calendar, and then click the "Publish" button.
• In the "Publish Calendar" dialog box, copy the iCal URL.

Once you have the iCal URL, you can add the shared Outlook calendar to Confluence by following these steps:

• Go to your Confluence space and navigate to the calendar page.
• Click the "+" button and select "Subscribe by URL".
• Paste the iCal URL you obtained from Outlook into the "URL" field.
• Click "Import" to add the calendar to Confluence.

After importing the calendar, you can add a macro to display it on the homepage of your Confluence space by following these steps:

• Go to your Confluence homepage and click "Edit".
• Click the "+" button and select "Other macros".
• Search for the "Calendar" macro and select it.
• Choose the shared Outlook calendar you just imported from the "Calendar" dropdown menu.
• Set any other options for the macro as needed, and then save the changes to the homepage.

Your shared Outlook calendar should now be displayed on the homepage of your Confluence space using the Calendar macro.
