How do I flag that the Jira issues linked to an idea in Product Discovery are late?

If I have an idea in Product Discovery that's targeted for Q1 (Jan-April) but the attached delivery tickets (initiatives or Epics etc) have due dates later than April, can I flag that up in some way?
