We urgently needed to pay for JIRA, but i can't do this.
Twicely strange thing - i've created our JIRA account https://reilzjira.atlassian.net/ and can't reach our account.
What do you mean by "I can't do this"? What is wrong on your Atlassian account when you go to my.atlassian.com ?

Yes, that's because you haven't got any licences in the onlypproperty one. You need to log in with the user who set up reilzjira

So i ask you to make this correction → change administrative email from support@onlyp*p*roperty.com to support@onlyproperty.com

Ok, so you've worked out that you have another account that was used.
We're not support, we can't change things for you, we're end-users like yourself. You'll need to ask https://support.atlassian.com to change the email addresses.
