Does Jira Software data-center have a project template for Jira Project Summary-Board-List-Calendar

I am supporting a client that is using Jira Software Data Center.  I gave them a demo using Jira Cloud, showing them the Jira Project Summary-Board-List-Calendar-Timeline view.

Is there a Jira Data Center project template to replicate this?  or do I have to replicate this view using dashboards gadgets or add-ons like eazyBI, etc?

what you're seeing here is Jira Work Management, which is Cloud-only. It's the spiritual successor of Jira Core / Jira Business, but has heaps of new views, like the ones that you mentioned.

You won't get all aspects of JWM into Data Center, but you can get pretty close using apps from the Atlassian Marketplace.

As examples, if you're looking for a calendar view, you could check out Calendar for Jira. Glass should give you an overview page somewhat similar to the screenshot you posted above. If you're looking for an interactive list/table view on your issues, you might like the app that my team is working on, JXL for Jira:

There's also a number of app for Forms, but I haven't tried them myself.
