In Jira, in one of the project backlog we have noticed that one of the issues showing crossed out. The Resolution will be set to Done. If we change it back to "Unresolved" the cross out continues to show on the Backlog list of issues.

Make sure that statuses in To Do (grey color) / In Progress (blue color) categories clear the resolution via a post-function.
