Scriptrunner moving child task to specific status once created

Hello.

Mid-workflow child task issues have to be created. I would like them to automatically move to the "Waiting On Product" status once created. Any help with this? I am NOT familiar with code but after looking through other questions it looks like script runner would be the solution?
