Hi When updating jira due to year 2050 it actually gets set to the year 1950 .Can anyone help to understand what is the issue?

SLA is getting auto-calculated with one of the tools.And it is correct as those tickets are the lowest severity tickets.
You may want to open a ticket with Atlassian support for further investigation:

Have you tried changing your date/time formats in Look and Feel to use 4 character years, and also update the date picker format settings under System > General Configuration > Advanced Settings to also use 4 character years?
