embed local html file

Question

I would like to embed a local html file into my confluence page. I am aware of the 'HTML include' macro and to embed raw html using the 'HTML'  macro. The 'HTML include' does not work since my file is local, and the 'HTML' macro only works if I copy out the raw html. Since my html file is over 3.5Mb, it would be nice to directly upload the file instead.

I see, although I don't really understand why its safe to include html as text but not as a file. The preview macro only shows a thumbnail or link unfortunately.

It should have security issue of brower for html macro, how about attachment preview macro?
