Jira rank not saving

Question

We have ranking enable and we can drag issues up and down. previously it saved in the spot where dragged but now it drags but when you refresh the page it bounces back to where it was. can anyone help?

this causes a "bad request" response

You need to go to the board > configure and look at the filter
