Not getting Email NOtification

Could you please check as to why the user - redacted is not getting an email notification since 4 months ago.

The setting is set as Send me notification but still the user is unale to get notification.

Hi @Maeneth , thanks for your question.

I suspect this is due to the personal settings of the user. Even if the user, redacted,  should get email notifications as per the Notification Scheme, if they have this setting -

It will override any other emails being sent by Jira. If you need them to receive notifications, please ask them to change this setting.
