Filter to select a list of bugs by release and by sprint

Hello, I would like to set a filter to find the list of bugs by sprint & by release, but I don't want to change the filter anytime that I create a new sprint or anytime a create a new fix version (release).

Is there a way to set this type of filter?

When you say "filter to find the list of bugs by sprint & release" do you want to retrieve issues only for specific sprints and releases? Or are you meaning you want the output organized by sprint & release?

Why would the creation of new sprints and releases require you to change the filter?

Can you provide more information about your scenario? Perhaps if you provide some example data and detail which issues in that example you would expect to have in the output, we would have more clarity on your question.
