Cloned tickets that have images on description shows "Preview unavailable"

Question

When Im cloning a ticket using automation (for example from board X to board Y),

every image on the description shows "Preview unavailable" - see image:

Ill appreciate your help with a solution for this issue. It will save us a lot of work and frustration

I saw you already found JRACLOUD-71950

it's in status CLOSED though.

I'm afraid it's still an issue. You could try to open a new bug at Atlassian.

What happens if you edit the Description, add a line and save it again?

I've experienced the same issue after a Server to Cloud migration.
