Not possible to add approvers, while I can search & add "request participants".

Hi there,

I am currently having an admin role through a project on Jira.

I have double checked and my role is active.

The thing is that on every ticket request I can not fetch the approvers through the "approvers" field, while "request participants" are being fetched normally.

The names I am looking for are properly insert as people on the project. For "approvers" field I am currently looking for a contact that has same access as me.

I am waiting for your valuable inputs.

It might be a browser issue. Try incognito mode.
