Is there a way in Jira to calculate the percentages and calculate the ratio between the indicators in the filter?
Using Jira automation it might be possible, but exactly what you're asking to calculate would matter. You cannot work directly with queries like that, but you can use the queries, store information in variables inside an automation rule, then put those values into a custom field. What you're hinting at though, is not possible directly in a filter. Filter/queries return tickets, not values from within the tickets.
