Share unique URL to a form which has been added to a specific issue

Hi Jira Community,

Use case: I create a Jira issue and I add a form directly to the issue via the "Add Form" button located at the top of the issue. After I have added the form to the issue, I want someone else in my organisation to add some additional information to the issue via the form, and I want the form responses to be captured within the issue where I have added the form.

After I have added the form to the specific issue, I changed the form access to "External". However, I'm not able to find a unique URL for the form that I have added to the specific issue that I can share. Does anyone know how to do this?

1. customer initiate TICKET

2. our agent-team mandate our "accounting-partner"

3. our external partner will fill form "work report" on the issue without add participants just share a link to fill form

same here : need share form link to an external-partner to fill form-report, when form is already linked to an issue.
