How to add Text input field in Confluence page?

Question

I am trying to add a text input field in a confluence page where anyone can enter the text without editing the page.

Its a kind of Survey page with Notes section.

@Navin Kumar the functionality you are looking for is not natively available in Confluence Cloud. There are Marketplace apps that will allow you to create forms on a page that can be filled out and completed without having to enter edit mode in the page though.

Forms for Confluence form Adaptavist is a popular one that I have used in the past and can recommend.

Good luck!
