in order to retrieve JIRA data from powerbi side, you can use bultin rest api provided by JIRA https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/intro/#version

Moreover, if you need something more easy to use, please try the following addon https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1221150/power-bi-connector-for-jira?tab=overview&hosting=cloud

I have worked on In house hosted Jira, But this is the first time i am working on cloud. Could you please explain me how to connect the Database to pull any details. Last year we have connected DB to fetch some info.
