Does anyone know where the flatten() function is documented.

Where did you get the idea that such a smart value function exists?
I found two articles that reference "flatten", but nothing else so far.

I was looking for a way to remove the brackets from a smart value list and found the answer in this post which solved the problem without using scripts.
