Automation action syntax to ADD or REMOVE a value in a field of type Assets object?

Question

I have a custom field of type Assets object named "Grupo Responsable" and would like to ADD or REMOVE values depending on another field.

So using automation I tried with this edit issue action to add a value:

but I get:

Error editing issues

SOPCOS-190 (expected Object (Grupo Responsable))
