Is there a way to report on requests raised via portal forms vs email requests?

@Melissa Cross You can create a custom report where you add series for created for each channel type. The JQL would be the following on each series:
Email
request-channel-type = email
Portal
request-channel-type = portal
Jira
request-channel-type = Jira
API
request-channel-type = API
