Get E-Mail Address of Issue created via Issue Collector

Hello,

we have configured a IC to give users a fast way to create an ticket. Mandatory is to give the mail address.
Sometime we have users which are not enabled on the system and the issue will be created under the default Project Settings defined user. Is there a way to gather the information which email address was entered in the IC screen?
