Applying workflow to existing project

Trying to understand how to create a new workflow, publish that workflow, and then associate that workflow to a specific project and all issues within that project.

 

The Atlassian published directions are not clear enough, hoping to get more clear information.

Which part specifically is troubling you?

Do you already understand how to create and publish a new workflow that is not associated to anything?
