Post Function Copy one filed to another

I want to create a post function on a transition from one custom field to another using "Copy Value From Other Field" but my custom field is not showing up in the list.

the custom filed is of type user and I want to assign the value of it the the assignee field

Okay, so you are using the Atlassian built-in "Copy Value From Other Field" post function, correct?

Can you show us a screenshot?

Do any other User Picker fields show up? Or any fields at all?

I forgot to attache this screenshot. It seems to be working fine in my instance:

You could always try to copy the workflow and try do this same post function in an inactive workflow. See if that works out.

ok, i got it to work I did not realize that they do not show all the fields and the you can filter the list to see the other ones
