Why did the change control ticket not change to resolved?

i have a problem with a Change control Ticket , i have put its status in completed but wasn't change

Was there any error on screen when you changed the status?

Could you look at the history and see whether it was reverted back by some automation?

this is happen , the ticket is Complete but it is in open change.
