Bug when inviting a user

Question

Hi there,

i am trying to invite an user. Unfortunately I am getting an error message:

"We're unable to invite users. At least one user has an account that is deactivated or suspended. Resorte their acess..."

But when i try to find that user, i am getting another message, that the selected user doesnt exist.

We can't seem to find the person you're searching for. Modify the search criteria and try again.

So what do i do? I keet turning in circles and cant get the user onboarded.

Not really. I was able to add his colleagues without any issues.

Does that user belong to an organization which manages their account?

Hi Dave, I am on a free plan and the user doesnt have an atlassian account yet. I have tried this morning to add him again and I am getting the same error messages.
