I have jira 7.8 and want to enable the analytics client plugin but not found anywhere.
Should I have to installed the same? Then how to install the same?

Analytics Client Plugin is a system plugin. Go to admin settings --> Manage Apps . Select System in the drop down. You can find the plugin. Direct url: https://<baseURL>/plugins/servlet/upm/manage/system

If you are using self hosted Jira server and talking about Analytics plugin developed by Atlassian then its already bundle with Atlassian Software.
You can see the Analytic plugin in Manage Addon >> under System plugin section.
If you want to enable/disable the configuration then you can navigate to system setting:> System > Advanced > Analytics and the save your changes.
