Configure datadog integration fields with Json Value

Hi, I have been struggling in creating jira && datadog configuration when configuring required fields in json format.

For example

The help doc linked to jira help doc but couldn't find any useful info there. Tried various configs, but none of them worked. For example

  "customId_11436": "2015-11-18T14:39:00.000+1100"
  }

 

Can anyone jump in to help us?

Also, is there any audit logs for self-debug as well? I haven't seen any error logs to explain why tickets weren't created when alarm fired.

Maybe this SO answer is helpful to you. Basically what it said is that the UI from DD is not accurate and you just need to ignore the json schema and just put in the intended value of the field.
