View Issue Layout when on Backlog

Hello Team,

When viewing the details of an issue on the Backlog, I get two vertical columns on the right hand side that appear. I would like to rotate those so that instead of viewing as vertical columns, I would like to see 2 horizontal rows. Similar to MS Outlook where you can edit the layout of how you view your emails.

i'm a bit confused by your first picture. I don't get to vertical columns when I select an issue in backlog. Would you mind sharing an actual Screenshot of what you are seeing?

Unless there is some addon involved here, there isn't the ability to change the layout.
