How can I move from Jira Free to Jira Premium?

I have updated the subscription. There is only Jira Standard. It seems that there is no way to move to Premium.

You need to be an Atlassian Cloud site admin to change a plan for your site. Learn more about site admins. To change the plan for your site: 
Choose Settings ( ) > Billing > Manage subscriptions.
