There are many structures defined, no one for any user brings the data. Kindly advise what can be a reason ?
Hi @Marina Kotler
Please check the Project Permissions and make sure that Project Role atlassian-addons-project-access has Browse Projects permission.

Hello @Marina Kotler ,
@Ashish Bijlwan picked the perfect place to start. Global Permissions is the best place to start looking. Since you have ruled this out, the next item to check will be the owner of the structure.
When creating a structure, the generators "run as" if they were being searched by the owner. So, if the owner is no longer an active user, or their access to the project / issues that are supposed to be in the structure changed, this could cause the structure to appear empty.
Could you please check who the owner of the structure is and if they are still an active user, do they still have access to the issues that should appear?
Best,David
hello ,Thank you ! I am an owner of the structure and many other structure that were impacted by the issue. No one from any user of the instance were able to see the data.
Currently issue is resolved partially, trying to get details from support team about route cause and more details what happen and what was fixed
Thank you
You are very welcome. Thank you for letting me know about the ticket.
I just reviewed and it does appear there was some issue that was addressed earlier today. If you are still experiencing the issue, we can continue to investigate via the support ticket.
