Question about custom fields implementation

Question

Hi! Could you please tell me how to implement a custom dropdown field, so that when you select a certain word it will appear below a normal field to be filled in manually.

For example the dropdown has choice1 choice2 choice3. When you select choice3, a normal text box should appear to be filled in manually.

I checked, but it needs a paid ScriptRunner to make this add-on work.
Are there free implementations?

In my opinion you can obtain it through https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1228522/behaviours-scriptrunner-for-jira-cloud?tab=overview&hosting=cloud

In particular, through a behaviour you can allow to hide/view an extra text field based on select list choice.
