What you are showing is not a field. It's the way Jira displays linked Confluence pages within Jira issues by default. It has nothing to do with any installed app. There are three different kinds of issue links:

I want to filter the Jira issues for which the confluence pages are linked without using script runner. Is that possible?
If not, when I export jira issues, can I get the confluence page links attached as a column in the spreadsheets and the date when the link is added?

If you want to search for them using JQL, you will need an app like Scriptrunner to add that functionality. To my knowledge, you cannot query for linked Confluence pages. They are also not part of any export like CSV or HTML.
issueLinktype returns issues with Confluence links so I used something like this filtering out the known Link Types:
updated >= -30d AND project = SDJ AND issueLinktype not in (blocks, duplicates, "is cloned by", clones, "relates to",causes,"is blocked by","is caused by") order by created DESC
