Making a beautiful team page

Question

I found this article, by Atlassian, with screen shots of nice team pages- but of course, they don't explain how to make the pages. Does anyone know how to create a team space that looks like this? Specifically with the large boxes for each team member on the second half of the page.

Great, that helps! It looks like a combination of layouts to create sections and space out the images, plus the live search macro and dividers.
