How can I automate tickets to go from FreshService to Jira. They are going to FreshService they should go directly to Jira sue. Any ideas?
@Christopher Barron, it sounds like you are wanting some sort of integration to push FreshService to Jira. I would check out some of the existing marketplace apps.
I need to pivot the question, is there a way to route automated emails from FreshService to Jira to this Team rather to go Fresh?
