I have successfully configured JIRA to allow Get Satisfaction topics to be exported to JIRA. I have set all unassigned products to be mapped to a default project. When I export a topic from Get Satisfaction to JIRA it works as it should. An issue is created fine.
However once I map a product-related Get Satisfaction topic to a JIRA project, I get an Internal Server Error when I try to export from Get Satisfaction.
Is this a JIRA issue, or a Get Satisfaction issue? Or both...? I will post in the appropriate place if someone could help me out
