Can Sprint Report show all stories (completed, not completed, and removed) as single list?

I am relatively new to JIRA beyond basic board management, and still learning all the reporting functionality. 

The Sprint Report lists all stories but in 3 separate sections--Completed Issues, Not Completed Issues, and Issues Removed from Sprint.  Is an alternate list available so all stories would appear in a single, normalized list with the completed/not completed/removed status?

Background:  We roll up different engagement's sprint reports, and use various macros (e.g. Table Transformer) to merge this information into a single table for other tracking purposes.  While this is serviceable, it requires our engagement teams to do some copy/paste actions into an engagement reporting Confluence page.  A normalized list of stories described above would simplify this effort.

The sprint report is pre-prepared and has a fixed lay-out.

However, it is not at all difficult to pull a list of all stories in a sprint. Navigate to Filters > Advanced Search and just enter the following JQL:

Sprint = <your sprint>

 It has all the issues in it. A caveat is that the issue status is presented in real time. So if that changes later on, you will no longer see the issue status at the time of completion of your sprint. So pull the list out of Jira at the right time and add it to your Confluence page in the state it is at that point.
