Move issues

Question

Hi everyone, I have a question about moving tasks/issues on a board. On the board I have a total of 4 columns: to do, in development, in testing and donde. I can't move development tasks to tests, I can only move them to the first column or to done. Where do I have to configure this option? Thank you.

Hi @Elisabet Griera

Could you please check the below two option:

* Are you able to change the state of that ticket from "in Progress" to "Testing" from ticket details view (by opening that ticket)

---> If you are unable to change the status then:
Request you to Navigate to your Project settings > Workflows > Edit > Click in the transition you are try to perform and check if there are any Conditions or Validators that could be blocking it.

* Are you unable to change the state of that ticket from "in Progress" to "Testing" from the board only.

---> If the issue with the board only then:
you need to check the board configuration - columns where that columns contains the correct status under it.
