Hi @Sandra Mandok Welcome to the community!To be able to create a project you must have the JIRA Administer global permission, as per below:

In order for a user to create a project, that user must have the Administer Jira global permissions. You should ask your jira admin to grant you that permission.

Try to open the "Contact Administrators" form, if of course it is configured, for your site:

Replace the examplesitexyz name with your instance. If this form is not configured, then the best option will be to contact your IT directly. They would know
