is it possible to restore specific Confluence spaces/Jira projects using the Admin console?

Here some useful information about restore :

JIRA Project - If you moved a project in trash you can recover it (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/restore-a-project-from-trash/). If you deleted it, you can not restore it anymore
Confluence space - https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/archive-a-space/ the same approach as per JIRA

sorry, my question is a bit unspecific. If I do a backup of a specific space/project and e.g. delete the space, is it then possible to restore this space/project using the Admin console?

Hi @Mark Wiesenthal ,

deleted items are not recoverable. You can try to restore them just from a backup (if you have it)

Thanks for your answer. If I did a backup before, do I have to restore the whole instance from the backup or can I also do it whith one space?
