Are there any Avail logs for Audit Trails Available in Jira ?

It all depends on what changes you need to get. There are 2 different options in Jira

* Jira audit log for system changes (like logins or new user creation)

* Changelog at single issue level (like assignee, status changes)

Audit trails can be found on each issue under "history" tab (above the comment section). Other than that Cloud doesn't provide any other log for issues.
