After changing Product URL, in Atlassian instance is there time limit for redirecting? e.g. if we changed the URL link from ABC.atlassian.net to BCD.atlassian.net , till what period of time this product url automatically redirect to old URL (ABC.atlassian.net)?

Hi @Padmini

According to the documentation (https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/update-a-product-url/) this change takes up to 5 minutes. It doesn't state anything about the period of redirection.

Thanks, Alex for quick reply,

You are right, I did not see any information on the document. I will create support ticket to get the confirmation on that.
