Hello,

We have application "Jira Service Management (Cloud)" and this app have been registered to portal link - https://test-guava.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1

And i have a question - how can i rename this portal link? and is it possible?

I would like to rename this link portal to https://guava.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1

Hi Nic, i have read the manual but in my project i can`t find this option "Products > Product URLs"

Update the product URL
You need to be an organization admin to do this.

To update a product URL:

Go to admin.atlassian.com, Select your organization if you have more than one.

Select Products > Product URLs.

For the site you want to update, select Update URL.

Enter the beginning of the new site URL. You’ll need to enter at least 3 characters. You can use lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens if they’re in the middle of the name.

Select Continue.

You’ll see the list of products that will use the new URL. Select Update to confirm you want to change the URLs.

It may take up to 5 minutes for the change to take place.
