Using Jira Issues/Filter in Confluence to display all issues that are part of specific Epics.

Hello, 

 

I would like to use the Insert Jira Issues/Filter command in Confluence to be able to display a list of issues there are part of an Epic. 

 

I have tried multiple different queries but am only able to get the Epic to display in the list and not the list of issues within the Epic.

Are the Jira issues in a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project? When in Jira and looking at the project, look in the bottom left corner of the navigation pane. That is where it will say "team-managed" or "company-managed".

If it is a Company Managed project, then the query you need is 

"Epic Link"=RTL-1

If it is a Team Managed project then the query you need is

"Parent"=RTL-1

"Epic Link" and "Parent" are the fields used in the issues to record the ID of their parent Epic.

When you use "key=", you are asking you to give you the issue that has that specific ID.
