when I have added user to a specific role, when I do automation create one issue and it will automatically assigned to user in specified role. it was happened for the first time but when I create next issue and the issue would not assigned to the specified user in that role it was assigned to some one who not in the project role.

@Vishnu Vardhan Chennacheck whether the assigned user is in a group that is set up as default member for the role.

Because Automation, it seems, doesn't take the actual project setup into account, but the role default membership, instead: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/AUTO-134

Sounds good. For sure the best place to start is History as it will show who/what assigned the issue.
