Importing JUnit XML to Jira/Xray

Hello community
I'm trying to execute a Postman collection using Newman with -junitfull- reporter and import the resulting XML to Jira/Xray.

when I try cURL with https://xray.cloud.xpand-it.com/api/v2/import/execution/junit  I receive

curl: (60) SSL certificate problem: certificate has expired

when I try cURL with https://xray.cloud.getxray.app/api/v1/import/execution/junit  I receive

curl: no URL specified!

 

a secondary question:

I figured out importing using Postman but it returns

 

    "error": "Error creating Test Execution - Issue create failed!"

does it mean that I have to be the owner/lead of the Project?

I was using XRAY configuration instead of XRAYCLOUD
