Is there a way to see "version history" from a Jira admin perspective? New screens or changes to existing screens, new or edits to field configurations, permission changes, etc.?
Not out-of-the-box unless you rename your screens, permission schemes every time you make a change. You would need something like Salto which allows you to see changes made to your configuration.
