Hi @Maeneth Are you talking about the Issue Type system field or another field?
Making a field required for a customer when submitting a request happens on the request form where you can make it required.
Additionally, in the Original Estimate, I want that only the project administrator can edit this field. How I can do that?
I am referring to the other field that is not in the customer portal.
Like for example, I need to make environment and severity field in the Issue view.
