Can i know the reason for the same.
Thanks,
Hi @Sreenadh
It menas that you still have browse permission in this project. Please check with admin permission scheme assigned to this project.

Seba
@Sreenadh ,
You should check how your "Customers" are configured on the project.
Even if you don't have create permissions on the project the "Service Desk portal" role probably still has it?
if so, you'll need to validate if you are also known as a customer as it is separate from your regular user account.
Hi @Sebastian Krzewiński
I have checked the same. everything is working fine but only the thing is
I don't want to see the Incidents and Access Request in the customer portal.
Is this possible in Jira.?
@Dirk Ronsmans
Yes i have checked that one also i have removed the same from the Permission section as well.
please find the below attached screenshots.
and how is the "customer access setting" set?
Also are you able to really create a ticket or just see the request types? If you hit submit does it actually go through?
As @Sebastian Krzewiński said if you are still with the role of portal customer on the browse project permission you can see them but might not be able to create any
Thanks for the support on this i will check this one from end once
