How to delete additional user from free account. They are added by mistake.

Dear All,

We are using a free account for Jira ( 10 users). By mistake few more got added and surprisingly it has accepted them. But we want only 10 users. We try to delete that still, but the system is asking for renewal ( with $ charges per month). 

Please help me to solve this situation. we are a small team and beginners and still learning we can't afford a commercial license for now. It has set today's time limit.

If we don't pay, will it lock all the users (10 original + new added )? 

Please help at your earliest.

Welcome to the community !!

if you are a site admin, then go to Jira admin settings --> User management

Search for the required user, click on the name and then you can remove user or suspend access
